The 40-year-old suspect tries to force his way into a car. However, the quick-thinking motorist sped off with Valdez hanging on. When the vehicle came to a stop, the suspect did not give up. He ran to the other side of the car and tried again to climb in. Police warned him to surrender or they would shoot him. When he didn’t listen, they opened fire. |
