| Video Discription | In October 2020, the Bac Lieu People’s Provincial Committee signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Delta Offshore Energy and its strategic partners for the development of the Bac Lieu LNG-to-Power plant. In this video they celebrate the $3 billion project as the largest Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) project in Vietnam that year, the largest-ever FDI project in the Mekong Delta, and the first-ever privately owned build-to-own infrastructure project in Vietnam.
