He declined. We appreciate his efforts & suggestion given to party.” The new internal group was set up by Sonia Gandhi. The Congress President had earlier set up a committee to deliberate on the presentation made by Prashant Kishor to Senior Congress leaders. Kishor took to Twitter to announce that he has declined the offer from the grand old party. "I declined the generous offer of congress to join the party as part of the EAG & take responsibility for the elections.
