| Video Discription | Hey, y'all. I tried Soylent for a week to see if it would help me to adjust my eating habits. This wasn't my first time trying Soylent. I've actually tried it a few times in the past and have not enjoyed it at all, so I wasn't looking forward to drinking it everyday for a week. 😂 After a day or two of drinking Soylent I started to enjoy the taste. (It actually tastes a bit like a milkshake to me now...A really healthy milkshake.) I only drank it for one meal a day but I may take it up to two meals for a week or so. I'm not sure yet. I didn't lose weight but I feel healthier and have more energy which is a step in the right direction. I enjoyed this week of trying something new and now buy Soylent regularly.
