Just cannot believe that I´ve been baking this cake for more than 15 years now :-) but it is still my favourite candy since I was a child. This white cake is more than finger-licking-good and is inspired by the famous Raffaello candy of Ferrero. If you want to experience a soft coconut cake which is both rich and creamy I just can recommend my favorite to you.
