The park, owned by Yuvraj Singh Solanki, is facing negligence charges. An FIR has been registered against six individuals under various IPC sections related to culpable homicide and endangering life. Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his distress on X, offering condolences and prayers for the injured. Sources indicate that the Game Zone, operated by partners Prakash Jain, Yuvraj Singh Solanki, and Rahul Rathod, was undergoing fabrication work when the fire likely started due to welding activities. Inflammable materials present contributed to the rapid spread of the fire.
