Sir Patrick Allen, Governor General of Jamaica & PM Andrew Holness received Prez Kovind. First lady Savita Kovind, daughter Swati Kovind accompanied the Indian President. He was also accorded a ceremonial welcome, a Guard of Honour and a 21-gun-salute. The Indian diaspora gave a warm welcome upon his arrival at the Pegasus hotel in New Kingston.
