Each year, we face a problem with beginning of Ramadan that results in people being dividing into three groups: 1. One group begins fasting when they sight the new moon of Ramadan in the state where they live. 2. Another group begins fasting with Saudi Arabia. 3. A third group begins fasting when receiving such news from the Muslim Students' Association in USA and Canada, which looks for the new moon at several places in USA and publicizes the news in various centers upon sighting the crescent, so that all Muslims living in USA start fasting on the same day in spite of the vast distances separating between the various states. Which of these three groups should one follow and observe the fast with?
