She bought two tickets so she could have an empty seat because she has issues with her leg. She was told that the flight was full, and they needed to use the seat and she would be refunded. She was okay with that, and she called her assistant and the Flight Attendants claimed that she was recording them and asked for her to be removed from the flight. She was taken off and refunded but she couldn't get a flight on another airline because there were no other direct flights that would get her to her meeting in time. |
