Horizon Hobby just released the latest version of their tried-and-true RC flight simulator RealFlight 9.5S. It comes in two options - one with a USB controller, or the download version only. In this video, I walk through how to install it, different controller options, and game play. RealFlight is only available on PC at the moment.
