| Video Discription | On December 17th, 2023, officers in Florida responded to a disturbance at a local restaurant. Upon arrival, they found a large crowd arguing loudly, with multiple people pointing to a black female wearing a black jacket, white shirt, and a Christmas-themed headband as the aggressor. The suspect was screaming obscenities and became increasingly agitated when officers attempted to detain her. Despite officers' efforts to calm her down, she resisted, preventing the officers from closing the patrol car door by kicking at it. The officers, in an attempt to avoid injury, had to apply a hobble restraint to the suspect's legs to prevent further kicking. After securing her in the patrol vehicle, officers spoke with the victims. Both employees at the restaurant reported that the suspect had been belligerent inside the establishment. When they escorted her outside, she threw punches, hitting one of the men in the face and causing a swollen lip and the other man in the cheek, causing redness. Both victims confirmed that the suspect's behavior escalated when she was denied more shots at the bar due to her erratic behavior. Following taking the victims’ statements, officers then transported the suspect to the county jail, where she continued to be combative, necessitating the use of additional restraints. Throughout the incident, she remained uncooperative, forcing law enforcement to take extensive measures to ensure safety.
