| Video Discription | INGREDIENTS 700g melon pulp 150ml of water 150g sugar Mint leaves to decorate METHOD 1. Pour the water and sugar into a saucepan, bring to the heat, and stir continuously until you obtain a syrup, leave to cool. 2. Cut the melon into cubes. 3. Pour the melon and syrup into a blender, and blend everything until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. 4. Transfer the mixture obtained into a container that is wider than it is tall and place in the freezer. 5. Every half hour, take the granita and mix well with a whisk to break the ice crystals. 6. Once you have obtained a dense and creamy consistency (it will take about 4 hours), distribute the granita into individual glasses, and garnish with a mint leaf.
