Video Discription |
This video is about how I built my 100 square foot tiny house for under $1,500, using nearly 100% secondhand and repurposed materials, and while creating near zero waste- just 30 pounds of trash!
NOTE: This is not a tour of the tiny house and shows it as a work in progress.
To see a tour of the completed tiny house watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hr5s0ps9rAQ
This video is primarily designed as a tool guide to help others who are trying to achieve something similar, not as a tour of the tiny house. It focuses on how to build a very simple tiny house at very low cost, using repurposed and secondhand materials, in a fairly sustainable manner.
I have written a blog to accompany this video that goes deeper into what is discussed. You can view that here: http://robingreenfield.org/tinyhousebuild
If you are looking for an inspiring tour of a tiny house, than this is not the video for you. This is a much more detailed how to guide to help others who want to build a simple and sustainable tiny house.
