| Video Discription | Ever since Red Dead Redemption was first released in 2010, players have always wanted the game to be re-released on PC. What added to the demand was the release of Red Dead Redemption 2 in 2018. Recently rumours & leaks have hit the surface a RDR 1 remake, so lets break everything down. The Truth About Red Dead Redemption 1 Being Remastered The demand was a RDR1 remake has always been there but the demand has increased massively since the release of RDR2. Red Dead 2 is a prequel to Red Dead 1. This means the events of RDR2 is set before the original game. We saw a younger version of John Marston, Dutch, Javier, Bill, Abigail, Jack Marston and Uncle, all characters that are part of RDR1 & RDR2. For many players, after playing RDR 2, it make sense for them to play the original game as it's set after the events. The only issue is that the original game can only be played on the original consoles or through backward compatibility. At least you can still play the game but it's not accessible to everyone. The other issue that a small percentage of players have pointed out, is that John never mentions Arthur Morgan, despite playing such a vital role in Johns life. Fans want a Red Dead Redemption Remaster or at least a Red Dead Redemption rerelease. The demand is at an all time high and with Take 2 Interactive confirming there's 9 re-releases in the works, could we potentially see one of them being a RDR remake from Rockstar Games.
