He is dedicated to investigating, clarifying, and explaining important nutrition issues and concepts. He is an ardent proponent of critical thinking in the context of health and published research. Paul taught in the core diploma program at The Institute of Holistic Nutrition for 17 years. He held faculty status with Advanced Nutrition Research, Preventive Healthcare, and Nutrition & Health: The Fundamentals. Currently, he works full-time between his work as the Program Facilitator at the International Society for Orthomolecular Medicine (ISOM) and running his private clinical nutrition practice. At ISOM, Paul spent over a year updating the world-renowned Dr. Abram Hoffer’s original book on schizophrenia—now titled Light on Schizophrenia—to support and validate Hoffer’s work. Paul is driven to increase awareness of the foundational role nutrients play in mental health. He teaches Nutrition & Mental Health and Clinical Detoxification in the Continuing Education Department of IHN.
