Reliance Industries Limited is a group of companies starting from petroleum to telecommunications. Mostly, the recruitment process for each company happens separately. Basically, those who have a minimum of 60% in their graduation are usually selected by the company for various positions. The selection process of the company has three main levels. The shortlisted candidates would be subjected to an aptitude written test. Those who are selected would be called in for a technical written test. If shortlisted in both, they would be subjected to the interview rounds. The interview would include both technical and HR round. Apart from these levels, certain Reliance job vacancies would include group discussion and other levels that test the communication skills. This is common for those who are applying for customer services and technical support positions. The group discussion is also present in the MBA jobs in Reliance. When it comes to the telecom industry, the engineers are selected for many technical positions. Electrical, instrumentation, production, industrial, mechanical, electronics, telecommunication and other allied disciples of engineers are commonly sought for various positions. The aptitude test contains 75 questions which include computation skill, English skill, verbal and non-verbal skill and general knowledge testing questions. The cut-off mark for this level is 60%. The technical written test varies based on the position. Those who are applying for IT jobs would have questions related to the computer programming and networking and so on. There would be 50 questions and 25 minutes would be provided. Those who score more than 50% would be selected for the next round. In the technical interview round, the candidates would be tested on the technical skills needed for the job. In the HR round, the attitude and other skills of the candidates would be tested. In the group discussion round, the candidates would be given general topics to discuss.
