| Video Discription | The proposal of Reliance Industries (RIL) to buy back shares of Reliance Retail (RRL) is legal, but it hasn’t gone down well with a section of stakeholders. The minority shareholders of RRL were disappointed as the price is much lower than the current trading prices in the grey market. The grey market price of RRL was around Rs 2,700, while RIL proposed on reducing its share capital through a buyback from shareholders, other than promoters and the holding company, at Rs 1,362 per share.
