It is fantastic that so many people are becoming more interested in scientific and medical research. People are wanting to get their information from the source studies that focused on the question being asked rather than the media/news. To do this though, it is incredibly important to understand how a study is structured and how that translates to the quality of the study. The next step digesting the conclusion of the study is figuring out how strong of a conclusion it is based on the caliber of the study itself.
