This audio file is designed to activate your Corpus Callosum. The Corpus Callosum is a thick nerve tract, that connects both hemispheres of the brain. One day, as I was playing with my fidget cube, I discovered something very interesting. I discovered that if I press two buttons with both my index fingers in the pattern you are hearing, it makes me feel very good. Particularly releasing one clicky button with my left finger and the other with my right finger almost instantly gave me a really good feeling. Like some sort of emotional relief. So I tried it without the fidget cube, and taped my index fingers in the same left-right pattern on my desk. It had the same effect. Later I decided to make this audio file. So I recorded the sound of the fidget cube and measured the timings. It turned out that the main (shorter) tapping or clicking has to be 65 ms apart. I made other audio files with different timings and they had no effect! The longer ones don’t matter that much and are for giving the brain some rest. When I listen to this audio myself, I seem to think in a different way. My intuition works way better and I feel more “whole”. I can attribute this only to increased interplay between the two hemispheres. As of now, the effect is only noticeable while I’m actually listening to this, but it’s very strong. So here you are. It was a lot of trial and error. But now it’s done. Have fun. BTW, the video is just for beauty purposes. You don’t have to watch it. This works best laying down with eyes closed. Or in the background while browsing. I figured out the sound doesn’t interfere that much with the comprehension of sound from other videos! And USE HEADPHONES otherwise this is totally useless. |
