Ingredient List: Tips: Clean The Meat with lemon/limes, Kosher Salt & Cold Water.(Add Vinegar if you’d like) Slice The Meat to ensure the seasonings absorb into the internal part of the meat. Using Shears, Cut off any unwanted extra skin,cartlidge & fat. Use Disposable Gloves & Clean the area with Hot Water,Lemon & Bleach afterwards. Marinate the meat overnight for at least 1 hour using the seasonings listed below.
