Aru'z Kitchen માં આપનું સ્વાગત છે, આ વિડિઓમાં આપણે જોઈશું કે ઘરે બાજરી નો રોટલો કેવી રીતે બનાવવું. ઘરે બાજરી નો રોટલો કેવી રીતે બનાવવો - How To Make Bajri no Rotlo - Millet Bread - Aru'z Kitchen #Rotlo #BajraNoRotlo #AruzKitchen #CookWithMe #WithMe સામગ્રી: બાજરીનો લોટ 1 કપ; મીઠું સ્વાદ અનુસાર; પાણી 1 ગ્લાસ; રીત: 01. ગેસ સ્ટોવ પર તાવડી મૂકો અને તેને ગરમ થવા દો. 02. જ્યાં સુધી તે ગરમ થાય ત્યાં સુધી, કાથરોટમાં થોડું પાણી લો અને તેમાં મીઠું ઓગાળી દો. 03. એકવાર મીઠું પાણીમાં ભળી જાય એટલે બાજરીનો લોટ પાણીમાં નાંખો અને તેને સારી રીતે મિક્સ કરો. 04. હાથમાં થોડું પાણી ઉમેરીને 5 મિનિટ માટે કડક થાય ત્યાર સુધી મસરો. 05. તમારે લગભગ 6 થી 7 વખત પાણી ઉમેરવાની જરૂર પડશે. 06. લોટનો એક પિંડો લો. 07. પિંડો બનાવવામાં મદદ કરવા માટે પાણીનો ઉપયોગ કરો. 08. બંને હાથ લો અને લોટના પિંડાને કિનારીઓથી મધ્ય સુધી ચપટું કરો. 09. વિડિઓમાં બતાવેલ પદ્ધતિ વાપરજો. 10. તાવડી અત્યાર સુધીમાં ગરમ થઇ ગઈ હશે. 11. તાવડીમાં રોટલાને મૂકી તેને શેકો. 12. કિનારીઓ પર છરી ચલાવો અને તેને તાવડીમાં ન ચોંટવા દો. 13. પાકી જવા સુધી તપેલી પર રોટલાને ફેરવતા રહો. 14. બાજરા નો રોટલો પીરસવા માટે તૈયાર છે. 15. માખણ અને કોઈપણ કાઠિયાવાડી શાક અથવા ચટણીની સાથે પીરસો. Ingredients: Millet flour 1 cup; Salt to taste; Water 1 glass; Steps: 01. Place an earthen pan on the gas stove and let it heat up. 02. Till it heats up, take some water in a mixing bowl and dissolve salt into the water. 03. Once the salt is completely dissolved in the water, add the millet flour to the water and mix it well. 04. Keep kneading the dough for a good 5 minutes adding little amounts of water to the hand. 05. You will need to add water for about 6 to 7 times. 06. Take a portion of dough, form a ball out of it. 07. Use water to help make the dough ball. 08. Take both hands and taper the dough ball from the edges to the middle. 09. You can use your hands in a rolling clap method as shown in the video. 10. Until now, the earthen pan must have come up to heat. 11. Add the flat bread to the pan and allow the side to cook. 12. Run a knife along the edges and help it not stick on the pan. 13. Rotate the flat bread on the pan until cooked. 14. Bajra no Rotlo or Millet Flat Bread is ready to be served. 15. Serve with a generous amount of Butter and any Kathiyawadi Curries or Chutneys.
