Ingredients: For Sauce 1tbsp Butter 1 tbsp Flour 1 Cup Vegetable Stock 2 tbsp Cream For Filling 1 tbsp Butter Onions Garlic Celery 2 ½ Cup Vegetables (Bell Pepper, Baby Corn, Mushroom, Zucchini, Broccoli) Spinach Leaves Basil Leaves Salt Pepper Pizza Seasoning 2 tbsp Cheese For Crumble 1 cup Flour Butter 2 tbsp Cheese Method: - Heat butter in a sauce pan, once the butter melts add plain flour and allow it to cook well. - Add vegetable stock and cream in to the flour mixture and cook it well till it thickens. - Sauce for the filling is ready. - In another pan, heat butter add onions, garlic, celery and mix vegetables of your choice along with spinach and basil leaves. - Cook the vegetables well add salt, pepper, pizza seasoning and the thickened sauce. - Add cheese and mix it well. - For the crumble, add cold butter and cheese to one cup flour and make it a crumble. - Don't make a dough, keep the consistency of a crumble. - Its time to bring everything together. In buttered ramekin, place the vegetable mixture and top it with the prepared crumble. - Bake it at 108 degree for 15 minutes. - Delicious mini veg bowl is ready to be served!
