This case is a really interesting one. I decided to forgo adding images to this video. It is incredibly time consuming and this video is a longer one. I will attach a link to a photo album I am creating to view some of the people and places in this case. Ruth FInley was a woman living in Wichita, Kansas with her husband, Ed Finley. The Finley’s were a quiet, modest couple who was loved by everybody who knew them. One day, out of the blue Ruth became the target of one of the most twisted stalkers.
