| Video Discription | Trupti Desai's Reaction After Supreme Court's Judgment On Sabarimala Women Entry Days after the historic judgment on the Ayodhya dispute, the Supreme Court is all set pronounce its verdicts on two important cases- Rafale deal and Sabarimala temple row. The Sabarimala verdict will be delivered by a constitution bench comprising CJI Ranjan Gogoi and Justices Rohinton Fali Nariman, A M Khanwilkar, D Y Chandrachud and Indu Malhotra at 10:30 pm. A three-judge bench comprising CJI Gogoi, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and KM Joseph will pronounce the Rafale verdict after the Sabarimala's judgment. In the Sabarimala case, the apex court had on September 28, 2018, lifted a ban on the entry of women aged between 10 to 50 years into the premises of Lord Ayyappa temple in Sabarimala. The order was reserved by the top court in February earlier this year. The latest order is likely to uphold or set aside the 2018 order. In the Rafale case, the petitioners had moved the apex court seeking review of its verdict which dismissed a plea challenging India's agreement with France over the procurement of 36 Rafale fighter jets. The verdict on Rafale deal was reserved in May. And, IndiaTV will also bring latest updates from the ongoing Maharashtra political impasse. Almost three weeks have passed since assembly election results were out in Maharashtra. The BJP-Shiv Sena combine was expected to form the government, having crossed the majority mark required for government formation. But a bitter argument between the saffron allies over Sena’s 50-50 formula demand led a political impasse in the state, finally resulting in the imposition of President’s Rule in Maharashtra on Tuesday. Governor Bhagat Singh Koshiyari recommended President’s Rule in the state after both Shiv Sena and NCP failed to show the letter of support required to form the government. The state will under President’s Rule for six months, giving sufficient time to the key actors in Maharashtra power play to redraw strategies. Meanwhile, Maharashtra Congress MLAs, who were staying at a five-star hotel in Jaipur, will also fly back to the state on Wednesday.
