Although this practice is focused on long-lasting stretches, it is equally very effective in inducing a deep state of relaxation. Today, we have Deepak Sharma (Founder, Sampoorna Yoga) joining us in the class- with a different angle of the mat, to help provide you a different perspective of the postures as well as different expressions of the same asanas in different bodies. Bolster/ Pillow We hope that this class will help you calm the body, relieve tension and awaken your mind through a series of supported stretches that loosen the muscles, which increasing blood flow to tight areas while allowing them the opportunity to release stored tension.
