| Video Discription | This is a video about fish sajji of Sanghar city which is popular street food in Sindh. Sajji is a traditional food of Balochistan but Abdul Jabbar of Sanghar city is famous for preparing fish sajji for the last 20 years. This fish sajji is popular all over Pakistan due to its taste. Abdul Jabbar Pakwan center is famous especially in nearby areas. He believes that a person is not born who has not eaten his fish sajji. Abdul Jabbar is also invited to private parties to prepare fish sajji for guests. Many Prime Ministers have also eaten his fish sajji. These include Former Prime Minister Imran Khan, Nawaz Sharif, Benazir Bhutto, Qaim Ali Shah, and Former President Asif Ali Zardari. Abdul Jabbar says that a person first eats his fish sajji and then becomes prime minister. First, the fish is washed then after adding salt it is placed near the coal. It is cooked for 2.5 hours. After adding tamarind sauce the fish sajji is served to guests. This fish sajji is prepared with 8 sauces. The fish is supplied all over Sindh through an online order. The local fish korero is used in fish sajji. The farming of this fish is done in Chotiari Dam. The fish sajji of Sanghar is prepared in the same way as Balochi Sajji. In the winter season, an estimated 200 fish sajji is sold daily. The shop of Abdul Jabbar is located in Sanghar city on Tando Adam Road. But watch the video to find out WHY!
