The discussions always revolved around Hinduism's inherent bias against women and how they have been the subject of oppression for centuries and if not for the Saviour Lord William Bentinck, the Hindu women wouldn't be relieved of these clutches of oppression. This is what the discussions revolve around even today. It is a colossal failure.
