| Video Discription | I have hesitated to do a video with my senior horses because, *news flash* my 35 year horse doesn't look like a 10 year old horse *gasp!* But haters are gonna hate, so I'm doing this video for those of you that are caring for your senior horses right up until the end. My guys get fed prepared wet feed 4 times a day most days, sometimes only 3 depending on my schedule, and have free choice hay all the time and some pasture time. I forgot to mention in the video that Pugsy gets soaked hay pellets in place of the beet pulp pellets in his additional feedings throughout the day. Beet pulp takes a long time to soak and the other horses get it too, but for the additional feedings I use the alfalfa timothy pellets for ease and speed of soaking. Also, when I mention that Pugsy chokes, he has always been able to resolve it quickly on his own.
