Did he have any apprehensions being part of a biopic of a soft porn actress? “The director Indrajith Lankesh liked me, and he is someone who has delivered major hits in Kannada. Though it’s a biopic, every character is important in the movie. I had no apprehensions whatsoever, as I know it’s a clean film. It shows Shakeela’s real life. She was a hit among youngsters at one point of time but at the end, she was left with nothing as people close to her had taken everything that she had made,” he says.
