| Video Discription | श्राद्ध-पितृ पक्ष की थाली-श्राद्ध भोज थाली aaj hum banane ja rhe hai satvik Pitru paksha thali ,jisme aaj hum chawal ki kheer, malpua,kadhi pakoda,kaddu ki sabji, vada, moongide,puri,chawal or papad banyenge Ingredients :- Kheer 3 cup full fat milk 1/2 cup sugar 2 TSP malai or cream 4 whole cardamom 1 tbsp cashew 1 tbsp chironji 1 tbsp almond 1tbsp raisins Bade and moongode For Vada 1/2 cup black gram lentils (urad dal) 1/2 cup green gram lentils (moong dal) 4-5 green chilli 1inch ginger 1tsp cumin 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder 1/2 pinch of hing Salt to taste C 1 tbsp coriander leaves For moongide 1/2 cup green gram lentils (moong dal) 4-5 green chilli 1inch ginger 1tsp cumin 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder 1/2 pinch of hing Salt to taste C 1 tbsp coriander leave For kadi 3 cup curd 1 n 1/2 cup water 1/8 TSP turmeric powder 2 tbsp gram flour (besan) 2 tbsp ghee or oil 1/2 cumin 1/4 tsp methi dana 1pinch of hing 5-6 green chilli 1 tbsp curry leaves 1tsp sugar Salt to taste 1 TSP coriander powder 1tsp red chilli powder 1/4 TSP garam.masala For pakodas 1/2 cup besan 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp garam masala Salt For tadka 1 TSP ghee or oil 1tsp mustard seeds 1/2 cumin 4-5 whole Red chillies Curry leaves 1 TSP Kashmiri red chilli powder For puye 1/4 cup jaggery 1/4 cup sugar Water as per requirement 1 cup flour Ghee or oil for frying For kaddu ki sabji 1/2 kg kaddu 2-3 tbsp oil 1/2 cumin Pinch of hing 1/4 tsp methi dana 4-5 green chilli Salt 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 TSP coriander powder 1tsp red chilli powder Juice of half lemon 1/4 tsp sugar For puri 1 cup flour Salt Water as per requirement Oil for frying Chapters - 0:00 Glimpse of shrad ki thali - 0:30chawal ki kheer - 3:16 vada & moongode - 5:56 kadhi pakoda - 9:20 rice(chawal) - 9:40 kaddu ki sabji - 10:46 malpua -12:45 puri -13:13 papad -13:23 thanks for watching .........................................................................................
