Simmered sweet potato 1 sweet potato 200ml (0.85cup) water 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp say sauce butter (as much as you like!) sesame seeds 4. Egg bean sprouts 3 eggs 2 tsp Chinese chicken powder 200g (7oz) bean sprouts sesame oil salt&pepper spring onion 5. Asparagus potato salad 3 potatoes 5-7 asparagus butter 1 tsp dashi powder 1/2 tsp minced garlic salt & pepper 6. Canned mackerel with sesame sauce 1 canned mackerel in oil 200g (7oz) cherry tomatoes ★sauce 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp sesame seeds 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp chili oil 1 tbsp mayo 7.
