| Video Discription | Today 65% of Americans are searching for a new job and only 20% are finding purpose in the work they do, yet we continue to find ourselves digging deeper into a state of complacency and fear to take intentional change even at the risk of our own health. We’ve commoditized the concept of personal reinvention, settled for mediocrity and denied our strengths even though the tools and gifts we need are right in front of us. The cost of inaction is far more costly - physically, emotionally and financially. What if the power of reinvention is not what you’ve been taught at all? This talk provides a powerful blueprint that activates the entrepreneur inside all of us by granting us the freedom to pursue what we’ve been dying to do and unapologetically reinvent ourselves to create more human impact than we ever have before.
