How To Achieve The doTERRA Silver Rank 1.) A Premier becomes a Silver when they purchase at least 100 PV and have 3 legs of 3000+ OV each. PV stands for point value and OV stands for organizational volume. 2.) Lead leaders: First you have to lead yourself and develop a strong why. This will help others understand if their values and beliefs align with yours so they can more easily follow you and your vision for what's possible. 3.) Make sure you maintain at least 100 PV in your cart at all times throughout the month. This is a common mistake people make after they place their LRP order for the month. Because you can get paid all throughout the month based on your enrollments and repeat customers, it's critical to maintain at least 100 PV to make sure you qualify for any income you earn at all times. Top 3 Core Principles To Keep In Mind 1.) Teach and share: In the beginning it's important to become a product of the products, which is also known as Super User so you have a testimony on how the oils have helped you.
