There's a million and one variations that you can make with this recipe such as adding bacon, onions, different kinds of cheese, sour cream, etc... Most kids are Mac and cheese magnets. My kids ate it like it was going out of style. This is a healthier alternative than boxed mac and cheese. The mac and cheese in a box has a bunch of additives that I can't pronounce, and who wants to feed those chemicals to their kids? This recipe will only take about 10 minutes to make. A box of mac and cheese takes about the same amount of time, so why not eat the healthier version?! Ingredients: 4 to 8 oz.
