| Video Discription | Work Progress of Sitarama Lift Irrigation Scheme by MEIL as On 27 Oct 2019 1. MEIL is relentlessly constructing the irrigation projects in the country 2. Sitarama Lift Irrigation Scheme is a god’s erstwhile Khammam district 3. After completion of this project, The local farmers believe that Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam and Mahabubabad districts will turn into the delta. 4. The Nagarjuna Sagar left canal ayacut will get the water even in Kharif season 5. This project will cater to irrigation water for 8 lakh acres and drinking water supply to 180 villages. 6. Sitaram Lift irrigation scheme will fill several tanks. 7. Biji Kothur Package-1 pump house works are completing on the fast track 8. 7-kilometre canal works already completed out of 10 kilometres between Ammagaripally to Biji Kothur in Bhadradri Kothagudem district 9. Pressure main, delivery cistern, intake, SLRB works completed 10. Forebay, Head regulator, DLRB, 220/11KV substation works are under progress 11. The construction of Kamalapur package-6 pump house is on the fast track mode 12. The delivery cistern, 117.5 meters slab works already completed in Package-6 13. Pressure main integration and 220/11 KV substation works are in the final phase 14.
