Ingredients and instructions are listed below: 6 tablespoons softened butter (almost melted is okay) 3/4 cup sugar 1 egg 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup all purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups of Oreo chunks Preheat oven to 350F In a bowl mix, butter, sugar, vanilla extract and egg. Add in flour, baking powder and salt, then mix just until combined Stir in chopped Oreos Grease a 10 inch cast iron skillet Spoon batter into skillet and spread out evenly Bake for 18-20 min at 350F (Middle will still be soft) Allow cookie to cool for 10 min or more in skillet before serving.
