Juggling: Juggling is one of those fundamental skills that everyone should be practicing, ideally from the youngest possible age. It’s a simple skill that really helps players become more comfortable with the ball by developing a softer touch. It’s also a great way to improve agility, balance and coordination with the ball. When practicing this indoors, we recommend that you do more of the toe tap juggling as this will help keep your touches lower and under control.
