It's ease of installation puts it up high on the list, and unfortunately not many know about this kind of a system. Similar systems like this can easily be 2x or 3x in cost, maybe even more. I forgot to talk more about my ceiling speakers, these are the indoor ceiling speakers that i used, and i would recommend them. Amazing sound quality!! Labor was free since i did it all myself, however if you've never gotten up in the attic and know how to run wire, this type of a job would be a little challenging, but not impossible.
