| Video Discription | #rvlife #rvlifestyle #epicroadtrip We take an EPIC 30 minute & 50 miles loop helicopter tour in the Black Hills, S.D. Our tour began in the town of Keystone. This flight continued up Grizzly Bear Creek into the Black Elk Wilderness, just east of the Cathedral Spires and below Black Elk Peak. We also toured the beautiful iconic Outlets of Sylvan Lake which passed over Sylvan Peak. Then we proceeded to head to Thunderhead Mountain and the much-awaited Crazy Horse Memorial and Mount Rushmore. We didn’t get too close to Mount Rushmore due to restrictions and of course, turbulence. After a close and personal view of Crazy Horse Memorial, we proceeded to go over the Needles’ Highway (SD HWY 87), which we then drive up a few days later to tour this magnificent uniquely interactive drive in the country! A little frightening when the Needles Eye Highway Tunnel is just 8’ft wide by 9’9” high! We also made a stop for breakfast and afterwards strolled through the majestic and scenic Sylvan Lake, the crown jewel of Custer State Park.
