| Video Discription | Arusha, November 30th, 2012 In this video, some of the African researchers who took part of the latest GDNet-AERC Policy Brief Workshop tell us about the different challenges they face when communicating their research findings to their target audience, particularly policymakers with the intention of helping them produce better policies. Entitled "GDNet-AERC Policy Brief Workshop", the two-day workshop was designed for a specific group of researchers who produced research papers for the AERC on two research projects: "Macroeconomic Management of Foreign Aid" and "Institutions and Service Delivery". The workshop aimed at building their capacity and skills in communicating research to maximise its uptake and impact. The workshop took the form of a writeshop helping researchers produce a Policy Brief for their respective research papers. |
