1. Three Major Vessels:

- Ascending Aorta (AAO): Centrally located in the 3VT view, the ascending aorta is responsible for distributing oxygenated blood from the heart to the rest of the body.
- Main Pulmonary Artery (MPA): Positioned on the left side of the image, the MPA carries deoxygenated blood from the right ventricle to the lungs.
2. Trachea:
- The trachea appears as a small, echogenic circle or linear structure located centrally or slightly to the right of the midline. Its position relative to the vessels is a crucial marker for normal anatomical alignment.
3. Ductal Arch:

3. Coarctation of the Aorta:
- The narrowing of the aortic arch, particularly after the ductus arteriosus, can be detected by observing a discrepancy in the size of the aorta compared to the pulmonary artery.
4. Interrupted Aortic Arch (IAA):
- In cases of IAA, the aortic arch is discontinuous, which can be identified by a missing segment of the aorta in the 3VT view.
5. Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Return:
- This anomaly can present with abnormal connections of the pulmonary veins, often leading to a misplaced or enlarged vessel in the 3VT view.
6. Double Outlet Right Ventricle (DORV):
