It is preferred during lunch and dinner. This #LiverPepperFry is made using Chicken Liver, Shallots, Black Pepper Powder, and other spicy ingredients. Chicken Liver Pepper Fry Recipe: Marination: Chicken Liver - 500 grams Salt - ¾ tsp Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp Coriander Powder - 1 ½ tsp Cumin Powder - ½ tsp Garam Masala - ½ tsp Other Ingredients: Gingelly Oil - 3 tbsp Fennel Seeds - ½ tsp Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs Green Chilli (roughly cut) - 2 nos Shallots (sliced) - 1 Cup Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp Cooking Instructions: 1.Marinate the chicken liver with all the marination ingredients for at least 15 minutes. 2.Heat gingelly oil in a pan and add fennel seeds. When they start to splutter, add curry leaves, green chilli and shallots. 3.When the shallots turn translucent, add the ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell disappears, around 1-2 minutes. 4.Add the marinated chicken liver and saute on high heat for 2 minutes. Reduce the flame to medium and continue cooking for 8 to 10 minutes or until the liver is cooked. Keep stirring occasionally. 5.Finish with black pepper powder and coriander leaves.
