I filmed those footages from the Kandy -Badulla Slow 1126 (mixed) train which Starts at 4.00 a.m from kandy and hauled by the German Thyseen- Henschel made EMD G22M(Class M6) Locomotive(1979). The Locomotive has a V12 EMD 645 Engine rated at 1650 hp.This train gives you the all of the natural and cultural beauty in the Hill country of the Sri lanakn rails due to the train is going slowly.It may takes almost 10 hour ride to reach to its destination. So you can enjoy the ride and easily capture any footages on your way.....
