| Video Discription | In this video I show you how to easily cook stone crab claws. Since moving to the Florida Keys, I have been excited to try so many new things. Stone Crab Season was definitely on the list this year. You are allowed 5 traps per person for recreational crabbing. So far each time I have pulled the traps, we have been successful. If you have never eaten stone crab, then you are missing out. One of my favorite types of seafood for sure. They have a very nice subtle sweetness to them whether you dip them in butter or the traditional mustard sauce. I prefer the butter sauce! Enjoy a this little video! |
