| Video Discription | The Next Gen Stryd enables a new treadmill run profile for the Stryd Workout App that is available on Garmin Connect IQ 3.0+ Watches and the Apple Watch. Treadmill mode is designed to give you a stable treadmill experience. Since many runners use a fan to cool these workouts down, air power is turned off to avoid erroneous “wind” readings. Elevation power is also disabled to allow the manual entry of incline values. This mode is fully compatible with treadmill workouts and does not record a full GPS track.
