I put a 10-minute break in between to help pace things out (it might be helpful for those of you who are not used to studying for long hours yet!) However, feel free to skip the 10-minute break if you're in the zone and want to finish writing your essay/revising the chapter. On a random note, personal updates - I'm about to enter into the busiest weeks of college and have some consecutive, back-to-back submissions, exams and presentations. Having a bit of cold feet hahaha. So sorry for the late upload today too, been swamped with work. I hope you guys are doing well!!
