Daiquiri 2 oz. (60 ml) El Dorado 3 Year Old Rum 3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) fresh lime juice 1/2 oz. (15 ml) simple syrup (1:1) lime wheel for garnish 2. Pimm’s Cup 2 oz. (60 ml) Pimm’s No.1 1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) fresh lemon juice 3-4 oz. (90-120 ml) Fever Tree Ginger Ale cucumber, 2 strawberries, & mint for garnish 3. Mezcal Margarita 2 oz. (60 ml) Del Maguey VIDA de San Luis Del Rio Mezcal 1 oz. (30 ml) Marie Brizard Orange Curaçao 1 oz. (30 ml) fresh lime juice lime wheel & coarsely ground salt for garnish 4. Gold Rush 1.5 oz. (45 ml) bourbon (Eagle Rare) 3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) fresh lemon juice 3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) honey syrup* 5. Vesper 1.5 oz. (45 ml) The Botanist Islay Dry Gin 1 oz. (30 ml) Union Horse Distilling Co. Rider Vodka 1/2 oz. (15 ml) Cocchi Americano** lemon twist for garnish *HONEY SYRUP RECIPE In a heat resistant bowl or glass, combine 3 parts honey and 1 part hot water.
