It's sad that bureaucracy is not taking any innovative steps." They also questioned the Centre on the Vista work which is also being considered as a reason for pollution. The Supreme Court has questioned the Delhi govt over the pollution issue. The top court observed that despite orders, the pollution level is rising. The court further asked where the pollution is coming from? SC also slammed the Delhi govt for reopening schools asking why children are being forced to go to school when pollution levels are extremely high.
