| Video Discription | This sauce can be made without the veggies and pineapple pieces. All you need to do is leave out the veggies and pineapple but use the same method. INGREDIENTS: 2 - 3 tsps Canola oil 1 small red onion 1/2 a red bell pepper 1/2 a green bell pepper 1/2 a yellow bell pepper 1/2 - 1 tsp finely minced ginger 1/2 cup Pineapple juice 1 1/4 tsp soy sauce 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tbsps Rice vinegar(Asian store or international aisle) or use apple cider vinegar 2 - 2 1/2 tbsp sugar 3 tsps cornstarch 3 tsps water 1/4 - 1/2 cup diced Pineapple a few drops red colouring or beet powder |
