Would you define yourself as a discretionary trader, a mechanical trader or a combination of both? Could you tell us a little about your trading methods? What methods do you use to analyze the market? I would say a combination of both. As a position trader, I am purely mechanical with that. Longer term I'm more mechanical but with my day trading i'm more discretionary. But my discretion has consistency in it. Primarily I use price analysis to analyse the markets; moving averages and pivot levels - I don't make much use of oscillators. |
